Building Surveys	We conduct full Technical Premises Surveys to evaluate services condition, building characteristics and identify key areas of expenditure whether refurbishing or relocating
Space Planning	We will Space Plan existing or new premises to demonstrate maximum occupancy levels for future growth plus to ensure efficient use of available space
Cost Planning	We will provide a comprehensive Cost analysis of any works required presented as a “shopping list” of options to assist in lease negotiations or establishing financial objectives budget criteria
Interior Design & Visualisations	Interior designs & 3D Visualisations to fully capture Company ethos, reflect the desired client experience and to demonstrate the aesthetics of the design
Design & Build	Full Design & Build projects undertaken
Construction Management	We provide Construction Management / Project Management working with nominated sub-contractors where required
Furniture	We Manufacture Office Furniture, Shop Gantries, Storage Wall and Bespoke Furniture
